Carbon Measurement: Sampling Design Guide

This guide by WWF-Canada provides an overview of how to create a sampling design for basic and intermediate carbon measurement projects. It covers a range of expected project outcomes and provides additional resources for specific ecosystem types. This guide has four topics:

• Part 1 defines sampling design and sampling strategy and describes the rationale for each strategy. It also includes considerations for choosing plots and determining the level of complexity of your project.
